Hello everyone
I am new investor and new on this platform also I want to know that pocl total share outstanding share is 1,16,24,780 mangement alott 10 lakh preferenceal share and 17 lakh through warrant at price of 507 current price is 853 why they not raise fund through QIP.
Is this not a red flag because management go for there personal profit .please reply anyone who better understand
