I have been trying to define certain criteria to screen out stocks and then stay invested in them for long term.
Below is the criteria I have defined:
PEG TTM PE to Growth < 2 AND
Revenue Annual 3Yr Growth % > 15 AND
PE TTM Price to Earnings < 30 AND
ROE Annual % > 15 AND
ROCE Annual 5Yr Avg % > 15 AND
Market Capitalization in Cr > 500 AND
Market Capitalization in Cr < 35000 AND
Piotroski Score > 7 AND
Net Profit 5Yr Growth % > 15 AND
Trendlyne Durability Score > 60
I backtested the above criteria over last 10 years with quarterly rebalancing and found returns to be in tune of 1600% over 10 years.
I wanted to understand from the other members, what is their opinion on the criteria based investing and their recommendation on above criteria.
Thanks,
Rajdeep
